Delivery Information

Flowers-Online florist network works hand in hand with Petals & Teleflora Network it is our mission that when you order our floral arrangements that they arrive looking great with long lasting freshness and are delivered at a time of your choosing at your location of choice.

All of the flower orders in our network are artistically assembled into an arrangement by a local florists member of our network and dispatched to the recipients home, office, hospital or venue as soon as possible. Our quality vetted florists will organise for delivery of your flowers with the utmost care, having used the freshest, most seasonal flowers available. In cases where the florist can't deliver your flower order personally, they will arrange for a local trusted courier to deliver on their behalf.

Sunday and Public Holidays:

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

There are some remote locations that cannot be guaranteed for same day delivery, in this is the case a representative from our florist network will try to contact you to discuss potential alternative delivery options. In remote areas some deliveries may also be required to be collected from the nearest town or depot, in this instance our florist may contact the recipient to arrange things. unless you nominate yourself as the primary contact.

Whilst Flowers-Online & our partner floral distribution network offers the ability to nominate a preferred delivery time (i.e. AM, PM or ASAP) we can't guarantee that these times will be achieved.

We use a network of local florists located in different time zones around Australia to deliver flowers so customers receive the freshest flowers available, however there are often logistical reasons why an order cannot be delivered within your preferred time frame.

If your flowers order is for a timed event such as a funeral, wedding or function the florists will do their best to assist, we recommend that you order well in advance to give the florist plenty of time to negate potential supply problems due to logistics or stock supply.

Flowers-Online and our partner distribution outlets through Petals & Teleflora strongly recommend that you provide an alternative address so the flowers can be delivered elsewhere in the event that your order may be too late for the timed event.

*Order cut off times do not apply to major busy floral events including (but not limited to) Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas, I.E If you order valentines flowers on the day you will very likely be to late.

International Orders:

All international orders outside of Australia must be made through the Flowers-Online International Flower Delivery Worldwide section of this website.

Domestic Delivery Areas within Australia:

A local service fee will added to each order, for each address. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses, secured buildings or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
